7-day floral design masterclass in Belgium
QUICK ANSWER
Bloom Up Masterclass is a 7-day immersive training with Tom De Houwer for floral professionals and passionate floral creatives.
Some of you work professionally.
Some of you create because it is your craft and your joy.
In both cases, the goal is the same:
work that feels clear, honest, and true.
You will train floral design development, composition, and structure.
And you will develop the person behind the work.
Through inner clarity and practical foundations,
your work becomes stronger, calmer, clearer, and more your own.
One Sentence
Craft in your hands. Clarity in your choices. Direction in your path.
“Your next level is not more pressure. It’s more alignment.”
Tom De Houwer
What you will train
In Bloom Up, we work on three layers:
-
Design development (mechanics, composition, structure)
-
Inner clarity (your signature, confidence, what holds you back)
-
Practical foundations (how to choose your next steps, and make your work hold in real life)
Because clarity in the person creates clarity in the work.
Who this is for
Bloom Up is for:
-
floral professionals who want cleaner decisions, stronger integrity, and work that holds beyond trends
-
floral enthusiasts who want real training, not quick tricks, and who are ready to take their craft seriously
You do not need a business to belong here.
You do need care, curiosity, and a willingness to practice with honesty.

Lived experience, real inspiration
“…the often seemingly elusive creative energy that exists in all of us, is solid and real because it comes from a place of his own lived experience as an artist.”
— Chris, Botanical Artist
South Africa

The work starts with you
“The moment I was in the room I was surprised to see that the main subject of the whole Masterclass (for me) would be MYSELF… and offer us a detailed methodology.”
— Tuba, Floral Designer
Turkey

Clearer direction I and real opportunities afterward
“It’s given me more opportunities to demonstrate and teach workshops. It’s even helped me get grant money.”
— Keith, Floral Designer Demonstrator - USA
Self-reflection changed my direction
“The week of the course I came in skeptical, an independent person who did everything myself… and at that moment the world changed for me.”
— Diederik, Floral Designer & garden center owner
Belgium

The rhythm of beauty
“I think one of the most important things to learn from a teacher is how to grasp the rhythm of beauty & how to design the core concept of beauty, and I think this (learning with Tom) is the place to do this.”
— Tracy, Floral Designer
China
