Beata Kaas is an owner and principal designer at Kaas Floral Design. A concept design studio (founded in 2010 )that uses flowers in creative and innovative ways. Beata Kaas has been designing arrangements that express the unique themes and personalities of her clients. An honors graduate ofHumber College’s Floral Design Program (Toronto, Ontario), and graduate of European Master Certification (EMC), Belgium.

 

Specializing in weddings, private as well as corporate events, she combines her formal training with herbackground in architecture and her passion for flowers to create stunning visual displays. Kaas Floral Design received Wedding Industry Expert Award in 2015 and 2016. Beata has been a participant and presenter at international conferences, including Belgium Fleuramour, Alden Biesen Castle, in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, Floral Trends Vancouver 2016, and American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD) conference in 2017 and 2018. Was part of the team for Natalia Sakalova’s project “FlowerTime”major international project / floral installation in Belgium, Brussels City Hall, 2019.

Participation in Canadian event, Fleurs De Villes (Mannequin Challenge) in year 2017, 2018, and 2019. Participation in a competition “Gateway to the Americas Cup”as an assistant to Master florist Aniko Kovacs, July 2022. Beata’s designs have been featured in numerous magazines around the world such as Fusion Flowers, Fleur Creatif, Florists’ Review, Canadian Florist The Bridal Guide and Elegant Wedding magazine. She is a recipient of 2017 Art and Entertainment award from the Brilliant Minded Women Organization.
